JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Summary 

• Responsible for managing sales originations arising out of corporate alliances

• Ensure seamless execution of the the corporate sourcing program

• Manage strategic relationships with the SPOCs of corporate alliances

• Own the GTM strategy for retail & inventory funding

• Plan & execute all marketing campaigns along with corporate partners

• Liaise with various departments like CEO’s office, credit, Strategic sales etc.

• Oversee all sales MIS, trackers, reports etc.

2. Primary Responsibilities 

Business

• Responsible for managing sales originations arising out of corporate alliances

• Ensure seamless execution of the the corporate sourcing program

• Manage strategic relationships with the SPOCs of corporate alliances

• Own the GTM strategy for retail & inventory funding

• Plan & execute all marketing campaigns along with corporate partners

• Liaise with various departments like CEO’s office, credit, Strategic sales etc.

• Oversee all sales MIS, trackers, reports etc.

Customer 

• Build adequate process for a robust feedback mechanism for potential partners

• Manage relationships with key influencers in corporate alliances

• Drive excellence in service delivery

• Ensure the DST teams adhere to the defined customer TAT.

Process

• Ensure the smooth on-boarding of Corporate Sales team

• Track & report productivity from events and activities

• On time reporting of events & activities

Key Interaction 

Internal Interface - CEO's office, Credit & Operations ,Strategic Sales , Collections , HR and Product/Alliances Head

External Interface - Corporate SPOCS, Banking correspondents and Marketing Agency 

Role Requirements 

Desired Qualification- Graduate with MBA / PGDM qualification from a premier institute

Desired Experience- 8+ years of total work exp with minimum 3 years in Retail or SME lending
