Position Title - Account Manager
Location - Telangana
What we are looking for is an ability to
● Maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers and onboard new clients for supply chain finance or factoring programs ● Drive business by building a pipeline of new business opportunities ● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and stick to them +/- 5% ● Liaise with cross functional departments to ensure brand consistency ● Manage complex sales cycle without compromising customer experience ● Provide a consultative solutions sales experience to the prospects ● Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. ● Proactively assesses, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. ● Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating involvement of all necessary company personnel. ● Develop and implement strategy initiatives with the focus on increasing sales and traction with channel partners along with the means to increase repeat sales and develop sticky relationships.
What do we look for in the candidate to be one of us?
3-5 years in an enterprise sales environment, preferably in a service company ● Proven track record of selling to senior management ● Strong analytical skills ● Forecasting and pipeline management skills ● Strong work ethic and sense of commitment is a MUST ● High Motivation and ambition level for rapid career and financial growth.
