Manage end to end offline marketing and branding activities, engage and build successful cross marketing partnerships with other companies. Help improve the reach of Jai Kisan and increase the user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and measure all BTL and offline initiatives of Jai Kisan.
  • Identify,manage and execute campaigns with external agency partners for on ground activation.
  • Launch,Iterate and Repeat multiple experiments to increase organic reach and awareness of the products on the ground.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders in achieving the targets.
  • Able to manage customer interactions and explain the product.
  • Comfortable with Field visit to monitor the on ground team performance and do market research for new launch regions.
  • Research consumer behaviour and brand positioning.
  • Active and willing to go the extra mile.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in BTL & ATL marketing, community engagement and partner relations.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel to operational regions to interact with partners when required.
  • Experience in working with communities for Brand reach.

OUR INVESTORS: Jai Kisan has raised US $30mn in Series A funding led by Mirae Asset with participation from Syngenta Group Ventures, existing investors and others, prior to this, Jai Kisan had raised US$ 4mn in a pre-Series A funding round led by Arkam Ventures. Also joining in the round was NABVENTURES — the VC arm of Indian development finance institution (DFI), the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in its first-ever private investment.
