Position Title: Zonal Business Manager (South) – MSME Sales 

Location: Bangalore

Role Requirements:

  • Graduates  with preferably a MBA qualification
  • 15 – 18  years of  work experience in Banks / NBFCs in SME / BL / Retail Lending
  • Exposure to southern India market in business lending would be an added advantage
  • Experience in managing large sales teams & a region or cluster of states
  • Understanding of financials & credit underwriting is a prerequisite
  • Proven experience in building a team from scratch & scaling
  • Excellent communication skills & multi language proficiency is an added advantage

Role & Responsibilities:

P&L management: 


  • Responsible to grow the Supply chain finance business for the given region
  • Achieve the monthly disbursement budgets across various channels
  • Build a healthy portfolio & ensure PAR is below the defined levels
  • Hire, train & build a robust sales team & ensure productivity at defined levels
  • Build the market through enabling channel partners, influencers & connectors
  • Meet potential customers, influencers & channel partners to scale business volumes
  • Regular evaluation of sales budgets with sales teams, channel partners, etc.
  • Liaise internally with various departments like Credit, Operations, collections etc.
  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategy initiatives with the focus on increasing sales



  • Ensure that service delivery in the region is maintained within the defined indexes
  • Track feedback from clients and provide product feedback for improving customer experience
  • Manage relationships with key customers & influencers like IND associations, CA & connectors
  • Track the customer engagement & service resolutions



  • Ensure FTR (first time right on all applications)
  • Ensure the defined TAT from login to disbursal is maintained at a regional level
  • On time reporting of sales trackers, MIS & reports for the region
  • Ensure adherence to all HR practises in the region


Brand building

  • Key representative of Jai Kisan in the given region
  • Ensure compliance to all branding elements of jai Kisan in the given region
  • Ideate, Plan & execute marketing activities in the given region
  • Represent Jai Kisan in all trade fairs, exhibitions & Agrifests
  • Ensure hiring of personnel is in line with the defined standards of resources on-boarded
